Why are my circuits 14 minutes?

Weeks 25-37 are designed to be a brand new challenge, encouraging you to push your body to new limits with a new time limit to focus on endurance!

To increase the difficulty of BBG training, the circuit structure has now increased from 4 x 7 minute circuits to 2 x 14 minute circuits for BBG 3.0!
