Do I need a gym membership?

A gym membership is not necessary to follow the Bikini Body Training Guide. 

The guide can be completed at the gym, outdoors or in the privacy of your own home.

You'll just need a small amount of equipment (listed below) and some room to move!

  • Dumbbells (3-5kg each)
  • Medicine Ball (6-12 kg)
  • Skipping Rope
  • Bosu
  • 1-2 Flat Benches
