How to: Change My Week

If you are looking to change your current week, you can easily do so from within your profile - simply follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your Sweat with Kayla account (Facebook profile or email and password)

3. Tap the Menu button on the left hand side of the screen.

3. Select Profile

4. Tap My Program and from here you can choose Your current week.

Select your preferred week and select Confirm

*Please note: After you select a new week, your progress from this week will be lost.*

5. Make sure you fully close the app before reopening for your account to accurately reflect the week you're on. Or alternatively, refresh on the app dashboard the same way you refresh your Facebook newsfeed.
