What is LISS?
LISS stands for Low Intensity Steady State.
Examples of LISS include: walking, jogging, swimming or cycling for 30-45 minutes.
What is HIIT?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training.
Examples of HIIT include: sprinting, cycling or skipping for 10-15 minutes.
